Selected candidates should:
1. Send a copy of their travel reservation by July 5, 2019, for confirmed participation. (Note: Only AC 3-tier fare will be reimbursed) Failure to do so will lead to removal of their names from the selection list and next person/s on the waiting list will be notified.
2. Send confirmation whether you will be able to carry your laptop to the school.
3. The selected candidates after confirmation CANNOT withdraw at any stage.
4. Plan their arrival on July 21 (Sunday) and departure on August 4 (Sunday) after the valedictory function that is planned until 12.30 pm.
